As Emma’s Vice President of Global, Simon oversees the company’s international growth into Australia and APAC, leads the channel and product partnership team, and helps guide Emma’s product and service offerings for larger clients. A leader in email marketing since 2000, Simon was CEO and co-founder of Australia’s most successful enterprise email marketing firm, Eservices (acquired by Responsys in 2011), and later served as a senior global executive at Responsys. Simon has been chairman of the ADMA Digital Council (Australia), is a member of the DMA Email Council (US), and speaks regularly on topics around email marketing, automation, and the customer lifecycle.
